Large-scale contractor loyalty programs are frequently plagued by physical QR code tampering, duplicate scan fraud, and multi-week delays in cashback processing. The business required an ultra-secure, nationwide mobile ecosystem capable of verifying physical QR codes in real-time and executing instant, direct-to-bank monetary disbursements via NPCI UPI rails.
Built a high-performance Flutter mobile application backed by a scalable Laravel microservice architecture. Engineered a custom camera scanner with anti-spoofing heuristics to verify cryptographically signed QR codes. Integrated direct banking API rails to facilitate instant UPI autopay settlements, providing contractors with immediate financial rewards upon successful material verification.
Mobile scanner decodes encrypted QR strings, verifying cryptographic signatures locally before network transmission.
Laravel backend guarantees strict exactly-once processing semantics to prevent duplicate reward disbursements.
